Account Personalization
You now have the option to designate “Favorite” accounts within your online banking and mobile account summary “home page”. With this new feature you can now personalize your account to view your most relevant accounts on the top of your screen.
What is a Favorites Button?
Just like on your phones contacts you can now favorite specific accounts to bring them to the top of your list. This feature will allow you to view your most “favorited” accounts at the top of your screen with an expandable accordion feature at the bottom for all other accounts.
How do I “Favorite” an account?
Without having any “Favorites” your Accounts view will default to show you all your current accounts with Delta Community.
By clicking on the star icon located on the right side of the account you are able to “favorite” each account you choose and bring it to the top of your screen. You will know its selected once the Star fills with color.
What will my account look like if I add Favorites?
What if I accidently “Favorited” an account?
Having any account selected as a “Favorite” then condenses the remaining “Non-Favorited” accounts to the bottom with an expandable view. This allows you easier access to specific accounts you have selected.
To undo this view, simply unselect the Star to unfavorite the accounts. You will be able to tell if an account is selected once the Star is filled with Color.
Why aren’t some of my accounts showing?
Have you selected a Favorite account accidently? This can cause your account to condense to the bottom. Simply unselect the Star on the visible accounts to reset your view.
