We’re updating certain Checking Account Numbers to meet new electronic payment standards and ensure continued reliability for your deposits, payments and transfers.

If you’ve received a notice from us, your account is scheduled for an update. Please review the information below and contact us as soon as possible to avoid service disruptions. Once your account transition is complete, you’ll receive a $100 thank you bonus.

Why Is This Change Happening?

Your current Checking Account Number follows an older system that is no longer compatible with newer real-time payment networks. To continue providing fast, reliable service, we are assigning new account numbers that meet these updated standards.

What You Need to Know

  • Your Checking Account Number must be updated by the date noted in the letter and email you received.
  • After that date, any transactions using your old account number will be declined.
  • To thank you for your prompt attention, we’ll deposit $100 into your new account once your update is complete.

What Should You Do Next?

Contact us now to complete your account update. We will help you identify transactions and services linked to your Checking Account that will need to be updated, including:

  • ACH Payments and Deposits (Employer payroll, merchants and service providers where you send or receive payments)
  • Government Benefits and Tax Refunds (Direct deposits from the Social Security Administration; Veterans Affairs; or tax refunds)
  • Monthly Subscriptions (Streaming services and membership payments)
