If I have purchased the Mechanical Breakdown Protection (Extended Warranty) through Delta Community CU, where can I repair my vehicle?

AssureGuard (formerly Interstate) and MemberCare offers nationwide protection, honored in both the U.S. and Canada. Any licensed repair facility can be authorized to work on your pre-authorized claim. Refer to your Mechanical Breakdown Protection Contract for claim details of including how to obtain prior authorization.

Refer to your agreement for your contract number and for additional details (example: expiration date and mileage). If further assistance is needed, submit your questions within Online Banking from Contact Us under Additional Services.

If you require emergency service or towing after normal business hours contact your preferred service provider, provide the payment for services and keep the receipts.  You can contact the claims department during normal business hours and they will instruct you on how to receive reimbursement for the services. AssureGuard and MemberCare will reimburse the first $100 for road assistance claims.
