To securely submit questions or concerns to Delta Community, log in to your account and select Contact Member Care in the top right corner in Online Banking or under More in the Mobile App.

You may also contact us by phone at 800-544-3328 or click Contact Us for a list of other associated phone numbers.

How do I view open and resolved conversations with the Credit Union?

From the Mobile App:

Access Contact Member Care under More.
Select Messages from the menu (3 horizonal bars).
Adjust ticket filter to view all, open or closed tickets.

From Online Banking:

Access Contact Member Care in the top right corner of the screen.
Select the Messages tab.
Adjust ticket filter to view all, open or closed tickets.
