2026 Summer of Soccer Sweepstakes

Official Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE OR SIGNING UP FOR ANY SERVICES WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. The Delta Community Credit Union 2026 Summer Soccer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on June 1, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). There are two ways to enter:

A. You (“Entrant”) will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes when, during the Promotion Period you (a) become a first-time member of Delta Community Credit Union which requires opening a consumer Savings Account and (b)  open a consumer Checking Account.

B. Alternatively hand print your complete name, address, age, e-mail address (if available), daytime/evening phone numbers and the words, “2026 Summer Soccer Sweepstakes” on a plain piece of 3”x 5” paper, and mail in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339, Attention: Marketing Dept. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 7, 2026.  

Limit of one (1) entry per person by any means.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a Georgia resident who lives or works in one of Delta Community Credit Union’s eligible counties. For a list of eligible counties visit www.DeltaCommunityCU.com/Eligibility. Entrants must not be employees or family members of employees (including spouse, children, parents and siblings of employees) of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and any individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

3. PRIZES. Three (3) prizes shall be awarded, each consisting of $1,000 plus a summer soccer bundle valued at $250 (together, the “Prizes’). The winners will be selected and the Prizes awarded after the close of the Promotion Period (estimated to be on or around August 8, 2026). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize: $1,250. If winner is a member of Delta Community Credit Union, $1,000 will be deposited into member’s Checking Account and the summer soccer bundle will be mailed to the address winner gave at time of entry (as provided on membership account). If a non-member wins, that winner will receive a $1,000 check and summer soccer bundle which will be mailed to the address provided at time of entry. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution or transfer of Prizes permitted. All federal and state taxes on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winners may be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the Prize and will be required to fill out a W-9 form. Failure to abide by these rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 15, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Winner will immediately be notified by telephone and/or email. If Prize notification is returned as undeliverable or winner cannot be located or does not respond within fifteen (15) days of Prize notification, an alternative winner will be selected. Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where not limited by law, a publicity release within ten (10) days of prize notification or the Prize will be forfeited. Prize will only be awarded if winner complies with these Official Rules.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes offered to eligible participants, but void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting your own entry and/or accepting a prize, you specifically acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use your name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Delta Community Credit Union and its advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use or misuse of any prize.  You accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of winner and awarding of prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No correspondence will be acknowledged. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems unacceptable. By entering this contest, you also acknowledge and agree that all personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at www.DeltaCommunity.com/Privacy.

6. RELEASES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its affiliates and its employees, officers, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, and agencies, shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Delta Community Credit Union, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective members, officers, employees, and/or other partners, harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and settlement costs), damages, suits, costs, demands, and/or judgments whatsoever, made by any third party due to or arising out of Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the use or misuse of the Prize by anyone other than Sponsor. As a condition to accepting the Prize, Entrant may be required to execute a separate release and indemnification agreement with Sponsor with respect to the use of the Prize.

7. COPY OF OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES. For a copy of the official rules, please email Marketing@DeltaCommunityCU.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. WINNER. Each winner may be posted on www.DeltaCommunityCU.com within 30 days after being determined a winner. For identification of the winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Delta Community Credit Union, Marketing Department, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
