Need-to-Know Banking Services

Direct Deposit

Get the most out of your new Delta Community accounts by setting up direct deposit. It's easy to have your payroll, pension, Social Security or even gig work income automatically transferred to your Savings, Checking or Money Market Account.

To get started, most employers will request the following information:

Account Type
Savings, Checking or Money Market Account.

Account Number
This is different from your Member Number. Your account number can be found on your statement or under account details within Online Banking. More information is available on locating your account number.

Mobile Deposit

Why make an extra trip to the branch when you can deposit checks from anywhere with Delta Community’s Mobile Check Deposit? It’s safe, convenient, and fast—your funds will typically be available within 24 hours.

To get started, log in to your account and choose Card Management under More in our Mobile App or under Additional Services in Online Banking.

Live Teller is where technology meets service. You’ll experience a live, face-to-face video session with one of Delta Community’s friendly employees who will assist you right from the screen with your banking transaction.

Conduct more transactions than a standard ATM, during and beyond normal banking hours—make loan payments, cash checks, transfer funds, make withdrawals and more.
