2022 Delta Community Catch Me If You Can Savings Sweepstakes

Official Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The 2022 Delta Community Catch Me If You Can Savings Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on March 1, 2022 and ends on April 30, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”). There are two ways to enter:
   1. You (“Entrant”) will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes if you or your guardian (1) complete the designated submission form and email to DEPTMarketing@DeltaCommunityCU.com and (2) make a deposit into the corresponding Delta Community Youth Savings Account during the Promotion Period.
   2. Alternatively hand print your complete name, address, age, e-mail address (if available), daytime/evening phone numbers and the words, “2022 Delta Community “Catch Me If You Can” Savings Sweepstakes” on a plain piece of 3”x 5” paper, and mail in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339, Attention: Marketing Dept. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2022 and received by May 6, 2022.

   Limit of one (1) entry per person by any means.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must be 12 years of age or under and Delta Community Credit Union members as of February 28, 2022. Residents of Florida are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes. Entrants must not be family members of employees (including children and siblings of employees) of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and any individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.
3. PRIZES. Ten (10) prizes shall be awarded, each to consist of a deposit into the child’s Youth Savings Account matching the amount contributed to the Entrants Youth Savings Account by the child or parent/guardian during the Promotion Period up to $100 (the “Prize(s)”). If the winner entered using the mail-in alternated method of entry (section 1-B above), the Prize amount will be $100. The winners will be selected and the Prizes awarded after the close of the Promotion Period (estimated to be on or around May 6, 2022). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Prizes: $1,000.00. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. All federal and state taxes on Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. The winners may be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the Prize and required to fill out a W-9 form. Failure to abide by these rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 6, 2022 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Guardians of winners will immediately be notified by email. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or winner cannot be located or does not respond by May 11, 2022, an alternative winner will be selected. The guardian of each winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where not limited by law, a publicity release within five (5) days of prize notification or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize will only be awarded if winner and their guardian comply with these Official Rules.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes offered to eligible participants, but void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting your own entry and/or accepting a Prize, guardian of Entrant specifically acknowledges and agree that Sponsor may use the winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, guardian agrees to release Delta Community Credit Union and its advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use or misuse of any Prize. Guardian accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of winner and awarding of prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems unacceptable. By entering this contest, guardian also acknowledges and agrees that all personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.deltacommunitycu.com/forms/privacy-policy.aspx.
6. RELEASES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, guardian of Entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its affiliates and its employees, officers, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, and agencies, shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
7. COPY OF OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES. For a copy of the official rules, please email Marketing@DeltaCommunityCU.com during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. WINNERS. The winners may be posted on www.DeltaCommunityCU.com by May 13, 2022. For identification of the winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Delta Community Credit Union, Marketing Department, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
